Questions people ask
Is the estimate really free, even if I don't hire you?
Yes. George visits, measures and listens at no cost, and you receive a written proposal you can keep whether or not you move forward.
What if the proposal comes in above what I planned to spend?
Tell us. We can split the project into phases: do the part that matters most now (for example, the shower and plumbing) and the finishes later, each with its own written fixed-price proposal.
Who actually does the work?
George Gonzalez, the owner, is on site every day running the job. Plumbing and electrical are performed by professionals in those trades, under the same contract, so you have one point of contact.
Do you serve my area?
We work in The Woodlands, Spring, Kingwood, Conroe, Humble, Atascocita, Huntsville, and the Lake Livingston area (Livingston, Onalaska, Coldspring, Oakhurst, Point Blank, Shepherd). If you're nearby and not sure, text us your zip code.
How does the free tiled niche work?
Book a tub-to-shower conversion (signed proposal) by December 20, 2026 and we build a tiled niche into the shower wall at no additional charge. It's written into your proposal, so there's nothing to remember later.
The free tiled shower niche applies to tub-to-shower conversions booked (signed proposal) by December 20, 2026, and is included in the written proposal. Free in-home estimates and 48-hour written proposals apply to projects within our service area. Earlimon Capital Improvements LLC · George Gonzalez · (346) 273-2189 · info@earlimoncp.com
