What counts as minor maintenance?
Small tasks that need no specialized materials and fit within the time and value thresholds defined in your plan. Anything larger is quoted separately as a project.
What is not included?
Roofing systems, licensed engineering, mainline plumbing and live electrical work sit outside the program. We go through the full list with you before anything is signed.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The membership terms cover notice periods and any applicable conditions.
Do you serve my area?
We cover 21 cities across Greater Houston and East Texas. The eligibility check confirms your specific address.
