Vanity, fixtures and lighting

Most hall bathrooms take two to three weeks from demolition to final walkthrough. Master bathrooms with layout changes take longer, and the schedule is part of the contract.

How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Two to three weeks for a typical hall bathroom once materials are on site. Larger master bathrooms or projects that move plumbing take three to five weeks. The timeline is written into the contract.
Can I keep using the bathroom during the remodel?
Not the one being remodeled. Once demolition starts it is out of service until the final day. We schedule so the downtime is as short as possible and let you know before each stage.
Do you handle the plumbing and electrical?
We coordinate the full project and bring in licensed trades for the plumbing and electrical portions that require them. You deal with one contract and one point of contact.

Payment in three stages
Deposit before the project starts, a progress payment at the milestone defined in your contract, and the balance on completion and your acceptance of the work.

A plus written into your contract: if we miss the agreed completion date for reasons within our control, you receive the credit stated there. Delays caused by changes, late selections, access, payments, weather, permits, hidden conditions, or by stores, suppliers and other third parties outside our company do not count.
