Problems We Solve

Your problem first. Then the project.

Most homeowners do not call us for "a remodel". They call because something in the house stopped working for them. Here are the problems we solve every week, what happens if they wait, and what we help you avoid.

Stepping into the tub has become risky

Signs you may see

You hold the wall to get in, a parent avoids bathing, or someone already slipped.

If it waits

Falls in the bathroom are one of the most common injuries at home, and one fall can take away a parent's independence.

How we solve it

We remove the tub and build a walk-in shower in the same space, with a low curb or a curbless entry, a built-in bench, a handheld shower and blocking behind the wall for grab bars. Most conversions take five to eight working days.

What you avoid

A fall, a move to assisted bathing, and a bathroom that no longer works for the person using it.

The shower leaks, or there are stains and a musty smell

Signs you may see

Grout that keeps cracking, loose tiles, a stain on the ceiling below, soft drywall next to the shower or a smell that cleaning does not remove.

If it waits

Water behind tile keeps spreading out of sight: framing rots, mold grows and the repair gets bigger every month.

How we solve it

We take the shower down to the studs, repair the framing, and rebuild it on cement board and a continuous waterproof membrane. The pan is filled with water for 24 hours before any tile goes on; if the level drops, we fix it first.

What you avoid

Rotten framing, mold, damage to the room below, and paying for the same shower twice.

The kitchen feels dated and never has enough space

Signs you may see

Builder-grade cabinets, no counter space when you cook, worn countertops, doors that do not close and no room for the way your family uses the kitchen.

If it waits

Small fixes add up without solving the layout, and the kitchen keeps working against you every day.

How we solve it

We plan the layout with you, then handle cabinets, quartz or granite countertops, backsplash, sink and lighting under one written contract with a fixed price before work starts.

What you avoid

Surprise costs halfway through, coordinating several trades yourself, and a kitchen that looks new but still does not work.

The inspection report came back with repairs, and closing is near

Signs you may see

A list of items to fix before closing, a buyer or seller asking for numbers, and very little time.

If it waits

Without real numbers you negotiate blind, and chasing several contractors eats the days you have.

How we solve it

Send us the report. We give you one written estimate within 48 hours for the items, with plumbing, electrical and HVAC work done by licensed professionals, and we coordinate the schedule.

What you avoid

Losing days calling contractors, negotiating without numbers, and a closing date that slips.

A contractor already left you with missed dates and a bigger bill

Signs you may see

A verbal quote that kept growing, a crew that stopped showing up, and no clear end date.

If it waits

It is easy to lose trust in every contractor and leave the project half done.

How we solve it

Every project starts with a written contract: scope, fixed price, payment schedule in three stages (deposit, progress, balance at the end) and an agreed completion date. Our plus is an on-time completion credit written into the contract: if we miss the date for reasons within our control, you receive the credit stated there. Changes are priced in writing before they happen.

What you avoid

Open-ended timelines, verbal promises, paying everything up front, and surprise charges.

The bathroom is small and you are not sure what fits

Signs you may see

A hall bath with a tub nobody uses, no storage and a room that feels cramped.

If it waits

Many people assume a small bathroom needs walls moved and give up on improving it.

How we solve it

We work in the same footprint: a walk-in shower in the old tub alcove, recessed niches instead of shelves, a vanity sized to the room, and large-format tile with fewer grout lines so the room feels bigger.

What you avoid

Moving walls you do not need to move, and a long, expensive remodel for a small room.
